Plastic cap that hold down metal rail had broken exposing metal rail, and not allowing windows to stay open. House was built in the 90s. I need 3 caps for the 2 windows.

Sounds like you need a new top sash guide, but I can't really see it from this photo. Could it be something like our 18-161? If not, we'll need a clearer picture of it in order to match it up to something in our catalog.

Yep, that looks like our 18-161. I recommend reviewing the pictures and dimensions we show on its store page to confirm.
