I am looking to see if you would have any replacement of these white guides for casement windows. Also pictured is the Entry Gard #2693 arm if that helps to locate. Thanks!

Certainly! this part is called a tie bar guide. We don't sell the exact style you show here but they serve a very rudimentary function, so they don't always have to be exact. Our 39-417 should work perfectly well for your application. You can review its dimensions on its store page just to be safe.
