Plastic Clips Identification

I need to order additionally the plastic clips which screw into top of window to catch top of balance . I have attached photos of it. Can you please help?

Sounds like you need new Top Sash Guides. I believe we can help, but can you show me an undamaged version out of the window, from the front and side? We'll do our best to help from there.

Thanks for these photos. Check out the 18-060 or 18-061. Look over the pictures and dimensions to see if one of these is what you need.
