Looking for a spacer for a pull out cabinet drawer. Needs to be strong as drawer holds approx. 25 lbs.
The drawer slider brand appears to be Mepla (Made in Austria).

Hello! We sell quite a few different spacer sizes, so I'm confident we have what you need. My top recommendation is the 32-339, which is 1" deep. We also sell the 32-352B, which is a little shorter at 3/4". Look them over and see what you think.

Thank you. Can you advise what the distance is between the center of the mounting holes? It is 31.5mm on the piece I'm trying to replace. Thank you.

Sure, it's 1-1/4" for each of them. I'll also share those dimensions below. I wouldn't be surprised if you ended up having to drill new holes, though. That's fairly commonplace when it comes to replacing these, unless you get lucky.
