Plastic Piece on Norco WIndows

Question

I have some Norco windows and am missing the plastic pc. On the upper part of the wood frame that accepts the screen. You slide the screen up into the plastic pc and then lower it into the lower wood track. Any thoughts?

I'm afraid I don't know what you have. Your description could apply to a lot of different parts. Can you show me a picture of the piece in question? Seeing it out of the window would be a huge help. Thank you!
