Plastic Rear Drawer Brackets

Hello,
Looking for replacement parts for L&R rear kitchen cabinet rear slide brackets. Bracket is about 3.5" long from top of base. Base is 1 1/4" wide by 2 1/4". Only marks on the parts are on plate. Says "G*" and 6050 on both L and R versions. There are 4 slits for screwing the bracket into wood.
The kitchen cabinets and drawers are all original parts from the house which we bought new in 1996. They have sliding roller slides on each side of the drawer. Rolling wheel is 7/8" diameter. Bracket opening is 1" wide to accommodate the wheel.

Would appreciate any help you can provide. Can't find the part anywhere around here.
