Your 32-312 looks very close to what I have been looking for. The only difference I can see is that yours is thicker at the top.

I'm not sure if your bracket is still available. It looks like the same type as the 32-312. Could you adapt this to your cabinet? Could you replace the brackets in sets? Let me know what you think.
