This is just a guess, but to start take a look at the 10-139 Shower Door Bottom Hook Guide. Carefully look over the specifications on the product page and see if this can work for you. If not or if you're uncertain, a picture of an undamaged version of your old part would be of immense help to identifying what you need. Let us know what you think.
