Plastic Tilting Bottom-Mounted Window Latches

A home owner from Marietta, GA says:
My window latches are mounted at the bottom of the window, and are basically pull tabs. When you pull up on them, they tilt slightly and release the window. When you push the window all the way down again they click and lock closed. A few have broken so I need replacements desperately. Picture attached.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! No one around here can identify them.

If it helps, I found a sticker on the windows indicating that they were manufactured by "MI Home Products, Inc.", model number DH-C20/DH-C30. Picture of this label also attached.

Hello,

Your latch looks a lot like our 90-138. Take a look and see how our dimensions line up to yours. Thank you!
