Need help identifying which sash guide I need to replace this one.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your old Norandex top sash guide is no longer made, unfortunately. We can't make any promises, but you might be able to substitute the 87-160 roller without the wheel, though it will take some modifications. Review the specifications and see what you think.
