Plastic Top Sash Guide for Sash window with channel balance

Hello. Our house was built in 2002 and has sash window with channel balance. I ordered parts from SWISCO and replaced the channel balance (27" Series 385 Channel Balance option - 2640). However, I noticed that plastic top sash guide was broken and would like to replace it. Could you provide a guidance?

Thanks for posting. This tops ash guide looks like our 18-171. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
