I didn't notice that the plastic tops of my window sash are either missing or mostly busted out until I was installing my new Swisco balances. This prevents the balance from locking into the window.
Do you sell those parts? The ones on my window are 15/16 in wide.
Any advice on replacing those.

As you can see, there are many different kinds; if you want us to help, please provide pictures of any undamaged guide you still have removed from the window. 'Mugshot' pictures of the front and side of the sash guide tend to be most useful, as are as many dimensions as possible. Thanks!
