Plastic adjustable slide that glides in stationary track.

Question

No model numbers on operator mechanism just "TRUTH".
Just need a couple of the plastic slides that travel back and forth in the track that is attached to the window frame.

Unfortunately, the track guide for casement window hinges is not available separately but you could consider a new hinge set like our 36-048. Thanks for posting!
