Plastic bracket

A home owner from Lathrop , California says:
Don't know what they're called but it's in the side of the window where it holds down the channel balance. I have four broken pieces.

Hello,

What top sash you are able to use is determined mostly by the dimensions of your original. That being said, some customers with a guide similar to yours have had success using our 18-009 with two stipulations.

1. The dimensions match the original.

2. You're able to trim the three overhanging edges on the top that would otherwise get in the way.

Take a look and see if this could work for you as well. Thanks for posting!

Don't know what's it called but they are inside the sides of the window. Where the channels are.

Hello,

This looks like the same top sash guide shown in your original post, which we recommended the 18-009 as a possible replacement for. As we mentioned in our original response, you would need to confirm that the dimensions shown on our product page match up to yours. You'd also need to trim the top edges of our guide to install in your sash opening. Take a look and see what you think.
