The cabinets are Mallard bought in 2007. The company is no longer in business.I have tried the Mallard Cabinets in Phoenix AZ but no luck. The opening for the drawer slide is 1". the rear of the bracket goes over a 2 x 2 at the back of the cabinet The brackets are interchangeable left & right.
I have tried others I thought might work but the slide was to big. Hope pictures can get me a match.
If you have something Please let me know. I will purchase extras to be safe.

We've had customers use our 32-119 pair to replace this type of socket in the past. Just make sure the size of the gap that accepts the track matches up. Note that you'll need to mount these sockets to the back of the cabinet with screws.
