Plastic cam for Shower door

Question

This can from the top of a neo angle shower door. The shower door drops down and catches on the bottom seal when we try to open it.

Thanks for your patience as we look into this. I've had a hard time finding this part. Could it be that this is just a smaller piece to a larger mechanism? If so, I'd like to see the whole part. Failing that, at least seeing one installed would be a huge help. Finally, I would like dimensions for either this part or the part it goes on, as the case may be. Thank you!
