Here are the dimensions of the channel:
All dimensions in inches
Outside channel width is 3/8
Channel height to shoulder (not over) is 5/16 both sides
Small lip is 3/64
Big lip is 1/8
Mat'l thickness is .025

Would you have material like this?

Your glazing bead is a similar style to the 55-172 shown below. The dimensions do not match yours exactly but they are close. Take a look and see if this could work for your application. Thank you!
