Plastic corner part to window frame that holds top Balance

I need to the black corner part that fastens to the corner of the window frame that hold top plastic part of the Balance.

Hello,

We have recommended our 18-172 to a customer with a similar top sash guide in the past. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours. The one thing that I can't account for is the offset of the screw hole in your guide. If the dimensions match up, you may still need to drill a new hole in the 18-172 to install it.
