Plastic cover for porch crank out windows.

I have a set of porch crank out windows that are over 30 years old. Each set of windows has a plastic cover with the name "SPARROW" printed on them. All the covers are cracked and broken. They appear to cover access to the pulley or rope mechanism of the window. I'm looking to find replacements for these covers (12 in total). They are 6.5" L x 1" W.

Our 39-355 is the closest match, but it may prove to be smaller than yours. If so, a local hardware store may have another solution.
