Hello. My name is Luis. I spoked with Tim Connelly on Tuesday, May 4th. I had told him that I purchased the wrong Tandem Rollers. I purchased part # 87-221. The rollers are small for the window. Maybe. You could help me with the correct Tandem Roller. Maybe. The roller that is require for the window is part # 87-190. Thank you.

The 87-190 is close, but I can't tell for sure from just your photos. You'll need to carefully compare our dimensions to yours. If they match up, then our part will work for you.

All of our dimensions seem close to those you've shown in these photos. The length of the top part is 1-3/8", same as yours, and the width of the bottom part is 9/16", also the same as yours. The only difference is the length of the bottom part; you showed yours as 1-5/8" while ours is 1-1/2". Can you double check that?

Hello Tom. I did double checked the measurements for the bottom part of the roller. Measurement is at 1-5/8". Your roller would be 2/16 or 1/8 shorter. The hole were the roller inserts measures a little biger than 1-3/8". Would that be a problem?

I personally feel confident that the 87-190 will work, despite the difference in size. This seems to be the best match that we can offer.
