I need 2 off center guides like the one white one, but off center like the rail.

I've seen the white guide in your first photo before. Unfortunately, we've never been able to find a good replacement for it. I'm not sure if it's even made anymore.
I'm afraid I can't make out the part in your second picture. Can yous show us a clearer picture? Can you also tell me what its function is?
