The drawer is 21 5/8?
The track is 22 3/8?
The slide is 21 1/8?
The metal track and slide are ok. The left and right plastic mounting sockets are broken

There may be a chance our 32-012 rear drawer track sockets will work for your slides. Look over the measurements to see if these are a match for you.
