Plastic drawer slides from 1980

I suspect your original socket may use a secondary piece to connect the drawer slide to the mounting plate shown in your photos. If so, I suspect that the 32-012 would be our best replacement option but you'll need to confirm if the height and width of the opening is the correct size to accept your track slide. Thank you!
