Plastic drawer spacer-glide

Question

Hi can you identify this part I can't seem to find it anywhere.   The only markings on it is the name  REISS.   it sits on the top edge of the  back top part of the drawer so when the dryer is pulled out it serves as a spacer in a slide against the bottom of the drawer framing above it

I'm afraid I don't recognize this part. Would it be possible to show us what it looks like installed? That may offer us better insight on what this is and if we have anything that can replace it.
