Plastic end peice for drawer slide-mount

Looking to replace cracked plastic end peice, only marking on slides is unigrass

I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for this socket. I don't believe it's been made in a long time. You may be able to use our 32-119 as a replacement, but it would mean you'd have to drill holes in the back wall of the cabinet.
