Plastic glazing material in window

A contractor from Winter Garden, Florida says:
This plastic in the picture does not snap into place. It seems to run underneath the glass insert. This window is a double pane insulated window. Is is possible to replace this plastic piece? And if so, it is a difficult job?

We can help, but you will need to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear picture of its end profile. It's not extremely difficult, but it is a bit of a project. In the meantime, take a look at our full selection here
