Plastic guide for lock bar

Hello!
I am looking for a plastic piece which guides the vertical lock bar for our casement windows.
The external dimensions are: 1.25" (width) X 0.75" (height).
The hole that the lock bar goes through is: 0.5" (width) X 0.0625" [1/16th] (depth).
