Plastic lifts

Hello! The part in question is called a pivot shoe. We sell a ton of different kinds, though I can't determine if any of ours can replaced this based on the given information. In order to help, I will need you to remove one from the window frame and measure its width and thickness.

Removal is the only way to get accurate measurements. Also note that height isn't really important, but thickness is vitally so.

Once you have those two measurements confirmed, please write out what they are and I will do my best to find a match.
