Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell replacements for the sash lift end caps shown here, unfortunately. Your best bet is to contact the original manufacturer or supplier of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
