Plastic part on side of window that stabilizes window

I am looking to locate the plastic part on the side of the windows which stabilizes this window.

Sure, we can replace this. The part in question is known as a top sash guide. I recommend our 18-171.

IT turns out that we also need 2 rails in the pics, I was told they are 28" long SEE PICS

Can you tell me the parts so we can order them?

Hey, Lars. This rail is known as a channel balance. I can't tell exactly what you have, but I've narrowed it down to our Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure yours to confirm the best match.
