Plastic part shown in the picture at the bottom corner of the sash

A home owner from Locust Grove, GA 30248 says:
I removed the lower sash on one of my windows to have the broken glass replaced. I noticed there are missing plastic (or nylon) pieces (shown in the picture of another like/same sash).
A metal rectangular piece attached to the bottom of the sash at each corner fits into the missing piece.

Hello there. I believe this is our Series 900 Spiral Balance, which has an outer tube diameter of 3/8". For the pivot shoe, see if our 15-045 matches up; for the pivot bar, give the 26-041 a look.
