Plastic piece attaches to spring

I am looking for this plastic piece that hooks onto the long spring. The hook broke off.

Note pic of piece in frame is upside down and additional pics that show functional piece from other side of window and loop at bottom of spring that attaches to broken piece.

It's difficult to make out your photos, but it looks like you have a balance spring that is part of the jamb liner itself. I'm afraid that we are not able to replace this kind of hardware. Is this for a wood window? If so, I recommend contacting a local mill work. They should be able to replace your jamb liner entirely.
