Plastic piece broke

Question

Hello, the white plastic piece broke and the long metal thing fell out of the window. I found truth 31404 on the metal arm that connects to the long metal piece that fell off.  This is on crank out windows. Could you help identify the parts and what I need to fix my windows.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. That plastic piece is called a tie bar guide. We don't sell this exact model but you ought to be able to use our 39-448 in the same capacity.
