Plastic piece in window frame

When I tilt the window, it pivots on the plastic part in the photo located in the window jamb/frame. One of them is broken.   Would you have this?  The windows were installed in the late 80s early 90s.  Thank you

Hello,

The plastic part in the window jamb is the coil balance shoe. We can supply a replacement for this assembly but I'll need to know the stamp/marking from the coil. It should be on the coil balance cover/support or on the coil itself.

If you do not see a stamp/marking, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash (the window the balances are supporting).

Please let me know if you have any questions!

This is the only other part in the jamb.  It's stamped with a 12. Is this the weight?

Thanks for confirming. I believe that should be the weight option. You'll need the S140-12 Quick-Tilt assembly to replace what you have. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 23 to 24.99lbs.

Be sure to look over the dimensions below to confirm it will be a fit.
