Plastic piece that fits into metal clams in the back of draw that works as an extendef

I really need help I can't get my two drawers back in without this piece could you help a two thumb person out. We are not good with this kind of stuff but step by step instructions on what to do helps. Thank you so much

Unfortunately, the socket you are showing us are no longer available. We believe you may be able to use our 32-119 grass adapter bracket set as a replacement. Look over the measurements and let us know what you think.
