I have received the weatherstripping I need for my windows but this plastic piece which may be called a keeper is what I'm looking for.I could use about 5 of them

That is definitely my pivot retainer.I've been weatherstripping my windows and 20ct would be great.26yr old windows will break some more of the retainers during the process
