Plastic ribbon container broke

Question

I have a WinCore 7700 series tilt window. The constant-force balance ribbon detached because the plastic ribbon connector/retainer broke. I need the balance shoe connector or the complete balance assembly

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. This appears to be a mounting bracket for a coil balance assembly. See our 16-031 for my recommendation.
