I do not recognize this cap at first sight. I cannot guarantee we can assist, but to further review, do you have an undamaged version that is still installed on the window that we could review? Thank you!

The added photos show were this piece is installed to the top of the window sash. The original photos are of an intact part, the only damage is the pin or peg may be slightly bent.
