Plastic sash guide

About a month ago I ordered and received S380-31 (31" Series 380 Channel Balance). It was installed and works.

I find today that the top plastic sash guide is broken.

What is the replacement part and no. ?

Hey! Sorry to hear you're having trouble. I'm not sure what top sash guide you need, though. There isn't any one type that goes with the Series 380 channel balance. I would like to see a picture of your undamaged top sash guide removed from the window, along with dimensions. That will help us find the replacement. Thanks!

I did take a picture of undamaged part and dimension.
it looks like Product Code:18-124P and dimensions are the same particularly the Top and side view.

I agree, our 18-124P, top sash guides, looks like a great match, especially if all the dimensions are the same!
