Plastic screw and threaded sleeve for Manhattan shower

Question

I got a Manhattan shower that was disassembled and a few parts were damaged. I need 3 pairs of this screw-sleeve combo used to hold the glass panels against the shower walls.

Note: I identified a few other parts on your web site but could not find these screws and sleeve.
