Plastic slider

Question

I am looking for a replacement piece of plastic that holds the POZZI window in the top part of the metal track in the frame when it moves up and down. Looks like a spacer of some kind. Without it, my window begins to fall out of the frame when opening

It sounds like you are looking for the little plastic black piece that comes with the hinge set. Unfortunately, that is not available by itself. You will need to replace the complete hinge set. You may want to consider our 36-048. Take a look and see what you think.
