Plastic stop on top of window

Need this piece for both sides of top of double hung window. Brand of window unknown. I bought new channel balances for third window earlier this year.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you! It's tough to say without seeing it out, but the style of the top portion of this top sash guide reminds me of our 18-124P. You may still want to remove it to be sure everything matches up, but there's a good chance this is what you have.
