I have several windows that use the scissor style opening mechanism. I've had several of the plastic swivel part that's attached to the awning bracket brake. I need to know what the part number is and if you supply replacements for that part. I have 9 windows in our spa room that have broken or cracks in them. Can you send me free replacements?

Thanks for reaching out! This bracket reminds me of the 39-424 Roto Awning Bracket. This is often used with the 39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator. To confirm that these are the correct replacements, take a look over each of their specifications.
The compatible handle is the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle.
