We carry a couple different horizontal sliding window tracks, but I'm not sure what would be best for you. See our 55-027, 55-072, or 55-104 for three examples. I can't make out the style of your old track, so I can't be sure which one of these (if any) will be best, but we have detailed photos and dimensions that you can use as a reference.
