Plastic tube - no tip

Question

My spiral balance is inside a plastic tube. There is no tip.

Will the metal work? I understand that I will need to purchase two.

The sash weighs 15.2 pounds.

Hello, Beatrice. Our metal tubes can replace the older nylon tube balances, yes.

I see you were looking at our S600-27. Is this the size you have? If so, you can use our Red Tip color option. This carries 7 through 29 pounds so it should be perfect for your 15.2 pound sash weight.
