We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of the roller fully removed from the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you.

How do you remove the roller from the bottom of the glider window

Thanks for posting! Once the sash is removed, you should be able to pry the roller housing out using a small, flat blade screw driver.
