Plastic window glaze

I have a substitution that might sound good to you. Now, vinyl glazing is very flexible, so I believe you could take our 55-030, which is 3/8" high, and squeeze it down to 1/4", which would hold in the glass. Does that sound do-able to you? Compare the dimensions on our site to the old snap-in to judge if it is close enough.
