Plastic windows glazing

Question

I took one out and was not sure if I measured it right. I have a little bit more than 0.42 and almost 0.3 on the other corner. Can you please let me know how many size of plastic glazing do you have? and which type of glue or caulk do we use for it? on the picture one when I took it out, seem like it has a clear caulk or sealant to help it stick to the glass windows.

It's tough to say for sure what will match this. Our 55-006 is similar, though, and the dimensions are close. Look it over and let me know what you think.
