Please Help

Question

i'm needing to replace the rollers on the glass sliding door. I tried taking the door off yesterday to get to the rollers, but no luck! One wheel on the front and back are both jacked up.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we are not able to confirm which style of roller your door uses without seeing one of the original assemblies removed from the frame of the door. To remove the door, turn the adjusting screw counter clock wise to lower the rollers so they will clear the track when you raise the door. I have also related a video on the page for your review.
