Please Help Identify These Parts For Replacement

Friend from California
Hello, I was using my window crank one day and it completely fell apart to where it is unusable. Please help me identify which parts to buy, to match to my current window crank, so that I can easily install and replace. It appears to be a Roto brand with a serial number I can't seem to match when I search online, please help!!

Hello there. We may be able to help, but can you show me the entire window operator, including that arm that comes out of it? A bird's eye view of the entire mechanism would be best. We should be able to narrow this down from there. Thanks.

Here's everything as it came inside the window with the operator I believe. The handle won't attach anymore, something won't hold with the operator inside. I think the 39-330 model right hand almond color is a good match but I am worried about the tracks being different. If you look in my original post it looks like the track has been modified. Can you also confirm if it's a right hand or left hand operator? Thank you so much for your time!

I'm sorry or being unclear. What I'm specifically interested is the arm, especially how it connects to the sash. That part isn't visible in any of your photos and it is an essential detail.

As for the 39-330, this won't work for you. This is a split arm operator where yours is a straight arm type. I'm confident we have a match, but I need to see the entire arm, especially the end where it connects to the sash.
